SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders are shipped from NYC via UPS. Fees are calculated at checkout.

All items are usually processed within 5 business days upon payment approval. Please note we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date. Standard shipping does not include insurance. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders are shipped from NYC via DHL. Fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address.
CELIA TORVISCO is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship. 

CELIA TORVISCO is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon shipping. 

RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days, all sales are final. Returns must include all original receipts, tags attached, dust bags and original boxes.

Please email info@celiatorvisco.com for a return authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges without an accompanying code.
If you would like to request a return, please fill out the below form with your email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

All shipping, customs are at the expense of the customer. Refunds will be processed in the form in which the original payment was received. Please allow to 14 days for your refund to process.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

We do not provide shipping label for international shipments.
